As you'll be travelling in the spring, just a hoodie or some warm clothes will suffice. Also carry a rain-jacket or umbrella along as intermittent rain is a common phenomenon in Himachal. Other than that, carry a flashlight, long socks for hiking and to stay warm, binoculars, a good camera for capturing the view, and most importantly — a power bank.
